Our beautiful park has 5 acres of land lined with old growth oak, pine, and spruce trees. Our amazing park and facilities are available for rentals for many different occasions:

CROATIAN PARK (PARK AREA) RENTAL PRICING

All rentals include the use of the pavilion bar building, common restroom building, stage and dance floor, tent, all picnic areas, parking, bocce courts, and a playground set.
Rental fee for twelve (12) hours starting at 9AM until 10PM. Required is a non-refundable deposit which is half the agreed rental price and must be paid prior to the event. Music must be stopped at 10:00PM and the park closing hours are 11:00PM with no exceptions. Any time past 10:00PM there will be a charge of $100 per hour which will be subtracted from deposit.
Beer packages are available for groups up to 500 people with prices indicated above. The package includes Miller High Life and Coors Light on tap with cups provided. For groups over 500 people beer packages are available for a cost of $250 per barrel.
Cleaning Fees
All trash must be placed in receptacles that are available throughout the park. There is an extra charge for park cleanup if trash must be picked up by park attendants at a cost of $100 per hour. Restroom damage or cleanup will be assessed as follows. Plugged toilet repair is minimum $75 and any damages to the restroom facilities will be deducted from deposit.

Croatian Park offers a Full Liquor Bar along with many options for liquor, beer, wine, and soft drinks for your event — Please Call for a custom beverage package. Bartending services are offered at a rate of $15 per hour/per bartender. No beverage carry in’s are allowed – NO EXCEPTIONS! All beverages are required to be purchased/provided by Croatian Park including water & soda. All carry in’s will be confiscated.
